EU customers may withdraw from their order within 14 days of receipt, no reason required.

To withdraw: email info@fmillerskincare.com, or use the button below. We'll confirm receipt without delay. A model withdrawal form is available here, though not required — any clear statement of withdrawal is sufficient. Send it before the 14 days are up.

Your refund: once notified, we'll refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days, to your original payment method, at no extra cost. We may hold the refund until the goods are returned, or proof of return is provided.

Returning items: send goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Sealed products: for hygiene reasons, products sealed at delivery — including but not limited to oils, balms, and serums — cannot be returned once the seal is broken. This does not affect your right to withdraw on unopened items.
