INGREDIENTS
1 gr agar agar
100 ml water or homemade juice of your choice (I used grapefruit and passionfruit)
100 gr koshi-an (red bean paste)

Yokan is delicious fresh from the fridge in the summer, I also like to serve it when catering with cheese platters."
INGREDIENTS
1 gr agar agar

100 gr koshi-an (red bean paste)
DIRECTIONS
In a pan, dissolve the agar agar in water or juice by mixing slowly with a spoon. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
Put the koshi-an in a bowl and slowly pour in the previous preparation, mix to combine.
Pour the yokan in a mold of your choice and set in the fridge before unmolding.
